P.S. The title isn't a direct quote from V for Vendetta, though I absolutely adore the movie itself. I just maybe-sorta paraphrased? I dunno. *shrugs* The original quote that influenced the title is, "People should not be afraid of their governments; governments should be afraid of their people."
